Why people check it
Your body needs these vitamins for its cells to work, grow and develop. B12 and folate are linked to anaemia; vitamin D looks after bones and muscles. Low levels of any of them can leave you tired and weak.
Can be done with a finger-prick kit at home, at a collection point or with home collection on request.
Vitamin ProfileWho it is for
People on a plant-based diet (B12), anyone in the UK at the end of winter (vitamin D), during pregnancy (folate), and people taking folate supplements who want to see if they are working.
